Terms of service & end user license agreement

These terms govern the mobile application Voice Changer: AI Generator (the “Application” or “Software”), provided by Emil Ambrams (the “Developer”, “Service Provider”, “We”). Questions may be sent to [email protected].

Part I Agreement execution

Downloading, accessing, or utilizing Voice Changer: AI Generator (offered as Freemium software) establishes a binding legal agreement to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any provision set forth, discontinue application usage immediately.

Part II Proprietary rights & usage restrictions

All rights, title, source code, visual interfaces, algorithms, database rights, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive domain of Emil Ambrams.

You are explicitly restricted from:

  • Copying, modifying, or distributing any software component or trademark.
  • Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the underlying source code.
  • Translating software text or crafting derivative software applications.

Part III Service modifications & pricing policies

We retain full rights to alter software capabilities or implement fee schedules for specific features at any time. Any introduced cost will be communicated with total transparency prior to implementation.

Part IV Device integrity & user obligations

  • OS modifications: maintaining device security is your responsibility. We strongly advise against OS modification (“jailbreaking” or “rooting”). Removing factory limits exposes hardware to malicious code and will likely cause software failure or instability.
  • Power supply: you must ensure your mobile handset remains charged. Service outages resulting from battery depletion carry zero publisher liability.

Part V Network connectivity & third-party fees

  • Data requirements: online features depend on Wi-Fi or mobile data connections. Functionality drops caused by poor signals or exhausted data packages are not the responsibility of the Service Provider.
  • Carrier billing: using network data may trigger carrier charges or roaming fees. You assume complete financial responsibility for these costs. Non-account holders are assumed to have obtained express authorization from the bill payer.

Part VI Third-party integrations & liability limits

The Application relies on third-party backend features operating under independent terms:

  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Facebook SDK
  • RevenueCat

Disclaimer. While reasonable care is taken to ensure software accuracy, we rely on external data services. The Service Provider disclaims all liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from total reliance on the software's output.

Part VII Artificial intelligence acknowledgment

The Application employs artificial intelligence (AI) to execute voice processing and content creation. Accessing the Application confirms agreement to automated AI data handling designed to deliver these features in accordance with legal frameworks.

Part VIII Software updates & termination of access

  • Update requirement: OS environments evolve continuously. You agree to install all released software updates. Continued support for outdated operating systems is not guaranteed.
  • Service termination: the Service Provider may terminate access or revoke software distribution at any time without advance notice. Upon termination, (a) all software licenses expire; (b) you must cease usage and delete the Application.

Part IX Revisions & contact disclosures

These Terms may be revised periodically. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting. Regular review of this document is recommended.
