Part I Application scope & consent

This Privacy Statement details the data practices implemented by Emil Ambrams for the mobile product Voice Changer: AI Generator. Provided on a Freemium basis and delivered “AS IS”, the Application requires acceptance of these processing terms upon installation or active engagement.

Part II Telemetry & automated logging

During active execution, technical monitoring systems log baseline device parameters to ensure app stability. This data encompasses:

• Device network endpoint (IP address).
• Navigation pathing: visited screens, session timestamps, and dwell duration.
• System profile: mobile operating system identity and framework version.

Part III Artificial intelligence (AI) integrations

To power audio transformation, personalized recommendations, and automated tools, the Application embeds artificial intelligence technologies.

• Processing mandate: AI data workflows are executed strictly within legal parameters and under the data protection standards set in this policy.
• Intent: AI computation serves exclusively to enhance user experience and feature output.
• Support inquiries: questions regarding algorithmic mechanisms may be submitted to [email protected].

Part IV Mobile identifiers & promotional access

To support application enhancements and Freemium monetization, we may store and process hardware-level advertising tokens, specifically:

• IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers)
• IDFV (Identifier for Vendors)
• Advertising ID (Google GAID)

These identifiers are maintained according to the disclosures within this policy.

Part V Direct notifications & outreach

The Service Provider reserves the right to use submitted communication channels to deliver critical operational disclosures, mandatory platform updates, and periodic promotional content.

Part VI External service integrations

Only anonymized, aggregated metrics are shared with external analytics platforms to guide technical maintenance. The integrated third-party systems process data governed by their independent privacy documentation:

Part VII Statutory disclosures & mandated releases

Information — both automatic logs and user submissions — may be disclosed when:

2. Deemed necessary in good faith to safeguard rights, protect user security, investigate malicious fraud, or answer official inquiries.
3. Entrusted to sworn infrastructure partners acting under explicit non-disclosure agreements and operational restrictions.

Part VIII Data retention, erasure & opt-out

• Complete opt-out: cease all information collection immediately by removing the Application via your device's native app manager.
• Data retention and removal: user data is stored throughout active installation and for a reasonable timeframe thereafter. To initiate deletion of submitted data, email [email protected] for processing within a reasonable timeframe.

Part IX Protection of minors

The Application is not tailored for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiers from children under 13. If records disclose unintentional collection from a child under 13, such entries will be purged immediately. Guardians identifying such submissions should contact [email protected].

Part X Security, updates & contact

Administrative, physical, and technological safeguards are maintained to protect processed data integrity.
